We turned our rear laneway into a tropical escape, converting a 1979 Bedford truck into a fully operational ice cream pop-up. With retro furniture, neon lights, and playful styling—all sourced in-house—it became a hit with locals and a favourite on social media. A little slice of summer, served from a truck.
