Our signs are designed and come with a 12V Australian-approved adapter, which plugs directly into a conventional wall socket. You’ll also get a dimmer enabling the brightness to be adjusted – perfect for a child’s nightlight or when you don’t require the full brightness.

The nature of the LED neon means it’s very robust – virtually unbreakable. The most fragile part of your neon is the acrylic it’s backed on – which is super strong! During the design phase, we just have to make sure there are no ‘weak’ spots in the backing shape which could put pressure on the acrylic, leading to breakages. Having said that, please don’t use power tools to double-check.

No, they’re silent.

40-50,000 hours, or 3 to 7 years if left on 24/7. Of course, you can extend the life of your LED neon greatly if it’s not on all day and night. If a neon cowboy out there offers you more than this, just ask them to put it in writing and to offer a full refund! Please film their reaction, and send it to us. We love a good laugh.

LED neon is surprisingly light! On average, our signs weigh 5kg. We can give you a more accurate estimate upon ordering.

There are 19 colours for you to choose from in a range of vivid and pastel shades. Some of these colours remain coloured when turned off whilst others are white when off.

We use a high-quality LED product with an internal structure of individually hand soldered bulbs. We don’t use cheap ‘tape’ LED. All our custom signs are made by hand based on the digital design concepts we create. As they are made by hand, please know small amounts of glue are visible on your sign.

Your sign is connected to a power socket and plugged directly into the wall. Each piece comes with a 12V transformer, safe for indoor use. Unlike traditional neon, our signs don’t require hardwiring by an electrician (however, you can certainly get an electrician to hardwire your sign if that’s what you want). All electrical adaptors are designed to Australian standards with Australian electrical plugs. 

Your neon sign is mounted to the wall (or hung). Exiting the sign is a cord. This cord plugs into the provided adapter, which then plugs directly into the wall.

All signs are mounted on a high-quality clear acrylic backing. The shape of the acrylic can be cut to shape (so cut in close to the neon to follow the outline) or rectangular. We also offer printed backing, CMYK ink is printed to the back of the acrylic, adding another element to your sign

Yes! We have a range of options depending on your design.

The cord exiting your neon is a thin copper and silver wire encased in a clear coating. This connects an adapter via a male and female connector. The black cable on the adapter provides an additional 1.5 metres of length.

All cords are standard size of approx 2 metres long, we can make this longer – just ask! This doesn’t count the additional 1.5 metres of black cable from the adapter

Yes! All small and medium neons have the capacity to flash on and off using the supplied remote that has basic flash modes. If you want more dynamic or complex movement however (such as a crab opening and closing its pincers) we can do that for an additional fee. We create an animation of your neon for you to approve during the design process.

The highly customised nature of your sign means we require full payment before production. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

At Electric Confetti, we take pride in our indoor and outdoor products, offering up to 24-month warranty that safeguards the electrical components when used correctly. We kindly advise against using our Indoor Signs outdoors or in wet conditions, as it may void the warranty. In the unlikely event of a faulty sign, the resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis, as we work closely with our valued customers to find a satisfactory solution.

At Electric Confetti, we want to ensure a seamless experience with our signs. We do not bear responsibility for any costs incurred during the installation or uninstallation of your sign. In the unlikely event of a presumed fault, we may request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and, if necessary, ask you to send the sign back to us for replacement or repair.  In the event that your sign has been hardwired, we take no responsibility for associated costs. We will assess the fault on a case-by-case basis to determine its eligibility under our warranty. Our team is dedicated to finding the best solution and ensuring your utmost satisfaction with our products.

• To initiate the return process. Please provide details of the products you wish to return and the reason, along with a short video showcasing the issue and accompanying photos.

Kindly note that both a video and photos are required for diagnostic and quality assessment purposes. Providing these will help us address your concern more effectively.

If you're unable to provide the required video and photo(s), our ability to resolve the issue may be limited. We appreciate your understanding.

Once we receive all the necessary information, our team will reach out to work towards resolving the issue promptly.

• If the return is approved, please ensure the faulty product is returned in its original condition.
• Please return the faulty item to Electric Confetti for inspection within 14 days from the date you received the product.
• In the case of a replacement, Electric Confetti will make every effort to produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible.
• If a full or partial refund has been agreed upon, we will inform you of the expected timeframe for receiving the refund.

At Electric Confetti, we recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery. In the rare instance that your sign sustains damage during transit, rest assured that we're committed to providing a resolution.

To be eligible for a replacement, any damage must be reported within 14 days of receiving your Electric Confetti sign. Please note that damage or faults reported beyond this timeframe will follow our standard returns and refunds policy, as they won't be covered under warranty. (Remember, the delivery date refers to the date provided by the courier, which you can find in your tracking email.)

If you believe your item has been damaged in transit and you're still within the 14-day claim period, get in touch and provide the following;

• A clear photo of the damage to the sign.
• A clear photo of the box, including any visible damage to the outer packaging.
• A clear photo of the shipping label attached to the box.

Confetti shimmerwalls are decorative panels with iridescent sequins. The moveable nature of the sequins (they’re activated by air or slight movement) means it gets a lot more notice than traditional methods of advertising. We customise what’s on the wall according to your needs!

Shimmerpanels are priced per panel. A big part of what we do is offer more than a plain shimmerwall – we take the care and design time to place each pixel individually and ultimately create a masterpiece. Single colour panels are $25 each, multi colour or mapped out designs are $35 each, and printing is $45 per panel.

The options are endless! With over 120 colours to choose from, send us your ideas and let us create some magic. We offer more than one colour walls (which we also do!) – think gradients, simple images, logos, stripes – all in dreamy two tone, metallic or mermaid colours. If the design has a lot of detail then consider a printed wall. While not as ‘shiny’ as metallic, they catch the eye and beat a decal!

Our shimmer panels are very eco-friendly, they can be reused time and again. They easily interconnect to each other, and this can be done by almost anyone. After use, they pack down into the supplied box ready for your next event! 

Yes we can supply frames. From $350 per frame based on a standard size wall of approximately 2.4m x 2.4m - enquire with our team for further information.

Our Standard Shimmer Panels are 34cm x 34cm and come on a clear grid backing. They easily click into one another for easy assembly. We also have panels with a solid black backing, please enquire directly with our team for more information on these.

Yes, you can choose a single colour, multiple colours or custom design

Yes! All panels are packed compactly into a standard box. 36cmx36cm width/depth. The height is dependent on how many panels you order.

You can remove dust and light debris from the shimmer panel by using a microfibre cloth or soft brush.

For heavier debris spray some solution (1:10 detergent to water). Then wipe the surface using a microfibre cloth.

NB Do not use alkaline-based detergents.
